Service enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we save your name, phone number, postcode, selected service and the vehicle details, email address and message you choose to supply. We use these details to respond, assess your request and arrange a service. Submitting is not a confirmed appointment. Do not send payment card details or sensitive personal information in the form.

Who receives your details

Authorised staff use a password-protected customer desk. Details needed to arrange and carry out a service may be shared with the relevant contracted service provider. Our hosting provider processes the website and its stored records. We do not use this form to enrol you in marketing.

Location, cookies and technical information

Optional “Use my location” sends your coordinates to Postcodes.io only after you choose the option and allow browser location access. We do not store those coordinates in the enquiry record; please check the suggested postcode. Finder details can appear in the page URL and browser history. Hosting security logs may contain IP addresses and request information. Administrator sign-in uses an essential session cookie. This website has no installed advertising analytics or session replay.

Calling opens your device’s telephone application. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms apply. Clicking a contact link does not itself create an enquiry record in our customer desk.
